FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, because everyone has different needs and circumstances. However, I always work with everyone to come up with a gameplan that works for both of us and still ensures you get the results you are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet you wherever you are at and show you the best ways to get where you want to go. It's tough to say what that entails because it is different for every person, but every person I work with gets a number of free consultations and sessions to make sure we are both a great fit for each other. I know all my clients enjoy working with me for both the results I get them, but also the great relationship we establish, and that is what I hope to achieve with all my clients and potential clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attained my Master's of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI in 2015 I am certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). This means that I always have to stay current on the best practices in the field which means you can be sure you are getting THE BEST service.
