I have been training with Chitown trainers for several months. I attend the yoga classes and utilize the personal training service. The trainers are extremely professional and competent. The training has been the best training experience I have had because they work at your level and gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have experienced change in my ability to run, lift weight and my balance. I highly recommend their services, they are simply excellent!

I have been a student of ballroom dancing with Connie Reeves for approximately five years and have been consistently impressed and more than satisfied with the outstanding teaching she does. Connie always arrives in a positive frame of mind, eager and enthusiastic to teach and guide. She finds innovative and enjoyable methods of teaching, whether simple and basic steps to a beginner or more challenging and elaborate patterns to a more advanced dancer. Connie takes her teaching and her dancing with the utmost seriousness. Yet her instruction is always fun and pleasant. She clearly loves what she does and wants to convey the enjoyment of dancing to everyone. She knows how to present information, even the little things that make such a difference, in a clear and precise manner. All in all, she is the consummate professional. Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste
