Over the past eight years, I have honed my expertise as a NASM-certified personal trainer, having worked at four gyms and currently serving at Lifetime in Brookfield. My primary focus is assisting women who often struggle with gym relationships and nutrition. My passion lies in empowering these women to build confidence and strength, enabling them to make positive changes in their lives and embrace a fulfilling and healthy existence.
