With a short notice we reached out to Modern Exterior to do an inspection on a roof for a house we are buying. Haylee arrived on time and did a full inspection of the roof and even went into the attic! She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with an immediate solution to the roofing issues.

Great experience. They were very responsive, got us an estimate quickly and completed our partial roof replacement within two weeks. They cleaned up before they left, no trace they had ever been there, except our roof doesn't leak anymore! Highly recommend.

I'm writing this from the perspective of what I've dealt with from the contractor. Charlie has been great in helping with the insurance company and has told me what's best for my situation.
