When first searching for a personal trainer, I had no idea what type of trainer I was looking for. All I knew was that I wanted someone who would help me to be a better version of myself. Andie reached out to me and gave me a very detailed email of what to expect in her training. Without even meeting her, I already felt comfortable and at ease. When beginning training with Andie, she made everything very clear about where she would like me to be by the end of our training together. She explained how my body worked, and ways to get my body to start functioning better. I have always hated going to the gym, but every day that I train with Andie, I am excited to go and feel so much more confident with myself. She is motivational, educational, inspirational and one of the most sincere people you will ever meet. She is worth every penny, great with communication and knows what it truly takes to be a trainer and serve her clients to the best of her ability.
I contacted Jill about hiring an in home personal trainer for my 75 year old mother after she had achilles surgery and was done with physical therapy but still unable to function comfortably in everyday life. My mom has been training with Nicki for a few months (she told me in the beginning she was just going to do "a few sessions") and has improved wonderfully. I decided to work with Jai because I had a strong desire to increase my level of fitness and step up my weight training. Jai has been instrumental in motivating me in the gym. I not only learned proper form and technique, he taught me foundational body exercises and the importance of dynamic warm ups and stretches after your workout. I was able to quickly gain strength and lose inches at the same time. Jai's vibrant energy is contagious and keeps you going through all the sessions. I am blessed that has shared his knowledge for health and fitness with me. It is invaluable and extends far outside the walls of the gym.

You know that feeling you get when someone looks at you and you can see them calculating in their head- what is different? Training w Chris made me different. I have pretty much always worked out, but working out with weights outside of a class environment wasn't part of my regular routine. I have worked out with trainers in the past, but after a handful of sessions would tire of their plan and go back to classes or machines. The boredom still hasn't kicked in with Chris and it has been about a year. My body is tighter, my butt is higher and I can knock someone out with one punch if they deserve it.

Inspired Fitness LLC fit my budget and is in a convienent location. When meeting with Angie during the consultation I felt comfortable and well informed so I decided to begin my fitness journey with Inspired Fitness LLC. I workout twice a week. Angie is great with changing up the routines so you're never doing the same thing everyday. The gym is very private and clean. I would recommend Training with Angie!
Matt Walters is an awesome trainer, He knows what he's talking about with training each time he gives me a good workout but not where I'm hurting for the next week like some trainers have done. Joe was my personal trainer for over a year and I was very satisfied with the quality of training he provided. My program included a warm-up, progressive power-lifting, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. The exercises were fun, challenging, and at times quirky. No two workouts were ever the same. Joe adapted and modified the program around my needs instead of trying to plug me into some preset routine. I learned that a person does not have to spend two hours in the gym every day in order to see results. With Joes guidance and encouragement, I was able to accomplish things I never thought possible. Joe really listens to and cares about his clients. He demonstrates a willingness to research, explain, and physically demonstrate each technique. He is not afraid to pull in movement from many types of disciplines. This keeps the workouts fresh and interesting as well as efficient and effective. Joe emphasizes life balance (eating, sleeping, exercising, etc). He practices what he preaches. He is very knowledgeable, is willing to continue learning, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend hiring Joe as your trainer.

The approach I take in teaching self-defense is unique because I do not teach one style or one way, but rather, I take the best from various martial arts and fit them to the individual's strengths and weaknesses. I break it down in such a way that kids can even understand it, and I put them through real-life simulated scenarios to raise confidence in skill against the dangers of reality. The classes are separated by levels which are Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, and Master. Each level builds on the premise of the previous level, and there are graduation benefits to those that pass the test to move up in training. In the end, what takes years for martial arts to teach you in the line of defending yourself, you can learn here in months. A part of this training is fitness so that you are physically capable of performing the techniques required with the most optimal result. The last thing a person wants is to be out of breath while they are fighting for their life. Skill can take you far, but physicality combined with skill can guarantee reassurance of your ability to defend yourself in any scenario.
