***You have the option to train in my (truly) private home studio (not a public gym) located off of Dobson between Elliot and Warner in Chandler (first session $50) or I travel with equipment to make working out more convenient (first session $65).*** As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer I offer private individualized sessions (one-on-one or duet) based on your fitness goals: weight loss, muscle gain, improved agility, or just getting back into exercising. I have the unique expertise to construct individualized workouts that get muscles firing correctly in order to correct imbalances and create a strong core while maintaining joint integrity, which is critical to proper alignment and good posture. I utilize a variety of exercise modalities such as cardio, free weights and resistance bands for a truly customized plan. If you want to tone your body, improve your balance and strengthen muscles, or suffer from back problems or joint pain, I can help. The most fulfilling part of my work is helping to improve a client's every day quality of life. If I can change somebody's day for the better, that is beyond rewarding. I also just genuinely like people and the one-on-one aspect of training is very enjoyable. Connecting with a client and seeing their health improve through each session is priceless.
