Introduction: I truly customize each client's training program to meet specific needs and goals. Integrated components of my clients' workouts may include strength, plyometric, flexibility, core, balance, interval, and suspension training. I am NASM certified and TRX qualified. Additionally, I have a background in teaching and emphasize the instruction of proper form to help my clients avoid injury. My training is offered in a private/semi-private studio setting where the client is the most important person in the room.
Seeing clients make progress toward their performance and body composition goals is very rewarding. I love being part of each client's journey toward improved physical fitness and health.
