Introduction: I truly customize each client's training program to meet specific needs and goals. Integrated components of my clients' workouts may include strength, plyometric, flexibility, core, balance, interval, and suspension training. I am NASM certified and TRX qualified. Additionally, I have a background in teaching and emphasize the instruction of proper form to help my clients avoid injury. My training is offered in a private/semi-private studio setting where the client is the most important person in the room. Seeing clients make progress toward their performance and body composition goals is very rewarding. I love being part of each client's journey toward improved physical fitness and health.

Karen is a bold but gracious trainer, meaning she's not afraid to work you out but she trains with kindness & really cares about her clients! She is super at listening to what you need & adjusts your workout accordingly. She leads by example by living a healthy lifestyle, let's just say we all want her guns!! She also teaches some really fun & lively group classes too!! Give her a try you will not be disappointed!

Karen is a fantastic trainer that only has your best interest in mind!! She is well educated in all aspects of what it takes to make you feel and look great! She cares about you and she spends a lot of time preparing a customized and beneficial workout for you every time. Karen has been my personal trainer for about 2 months now. She creates workout routines and designs weight training sets that are tailored specifically for me. I really like working out with Karen she explains to you and shows you what the workout is suppose to look like and corrects you as you go which for me I love. All the workouts I thought I was doing right I was all wrong. She definitely gives you like a tough work out all over the body which I love too! She's positive too and comfortable so you don't have to feel silly for asking questions or doing something wrong.
