Sloan was attentive to what I wanted to achieve and offered a variety of ways to get there based on my comfort. Her coaching is not in your face but rather makes you believe you can so you do. But I think what I appreciated most was her genuine care as well as her dedication to keeping me accountable. Thank you.

Sloan took the time to ask about my lifestyle, current exercise pattern, and possible roadblocks to me successfully reaching my health goals. From that she developed a program that works for ME. It had been a while since I had been in the gym and she walked me through the equipment to ensure I had proper form. I'm a runner and stretching has always been a hit or miss effort. I have kept up with the stretches she gave me and it does make a big difference. I would recommend Sloan if you are looking for someone who listens to you,understands your lifestyle, and develops a workout for you that fits into your life and meets your exercise goals.

When I started working with Sloan, I was just starting to exercise. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and made an effort to explain what we were doing and why. She made sure to tailor the workouts to my needs and abilities, and working with her has been a great experience.

Sloan helped me correct my form on a few exercises that were giving me problems at the gym. She's super knowledgeable, informative, and keeps you motivated during the personal training session. Would recommend!
