On Purpose Plumbing

Introduction: Only about 10% of my total business comes from Craigslist, Facebook, or Thunmtack. 90% comes from Word of Mouth. I have found that if you treat everyone right, even if that means you loose a lil money or spend a little more time, its totally worth it. I have had the opportunity to meet so many great people. People who were grateful that not everyone was out to get them. People who may not have the money right then. People on a fixed income or just having a hard time. Honestly, their are alot of great plumbers in Madison County. But plumbing is not what makes the difference. Plumbing is Plumbing. Of course you want the job done correctly by a plumber who is licensed by the Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Board and Insured. What makes the difference is were you treated fairly? From the time you called, to the time your job was completed, did you feel informed and at ease? Did you feel like you paid too much? Was your technician clean, courteous, and informative.
