My workout program combines cardio, resistance, Pilates,and minimal yoga to improve body composition, strength, balance, flexibility, and agility. The Beyond Barre GlideBoard simulates ice skating for a fun fat burning cardio blast that improves stability, agility, and heart health. The workout is very low impact and great for people of all fitness levels. No dance experience required. I am offering private one on one training sessions.
