- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Here are the rates offer for monthly packages: 1 X Week-1 Month= $180 2 X Week-1 Month= $360 3 X Week- 1 Month= $ 540 ($45/session) The hour session rate will also include ongoing nutrition guidance. I do offer half hour sessions as well at $25/30 min. I take cash as well as credit and will do payment plans on larger packages according to the customers situation. gym membership is $40/month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we will meet to touch on the goals you want and the expectations from each other. After meeting each other we will go through a complimentary one hour session to access levels, desires, injuries, strengths, weaknesses and starting statistics. I will also give a questionnaire to address the mental physical and emotional parts of the journey to this point and where you want your journey to go from here. Then we will cover schedules and make a plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a background in fitness through playing professional football. I have been trained by the best trainers in the business and have learned so much through my time in sports. I have had multiple surgeries that required me to adapt my approach to my workouts and so I know what it takes to stay on track with physical challenges. I have also trained, worked out with and networked with some of the best people in the personal training world. I work with several gyms and have several perspectives and approaches to fitness and health. I have attended and completed training programs for the NCCPT certification. Most importantly I have happy customers with great results!
