I travel to you. On your time, providing equipment if needed. Sessions will be 45-60 minutes - including WARM UP - STRENGTH CORE & CARDIO - COOL DOWN/STRETCH.

Each and every one of us face our struggles each day. If you feel you are unable to get over a plateau in your fitness journey, uncertain of how to get started in your fitness journey, struggling with what to eat and what not to eat, or you simply need a nice change of pace in your already active lifestyle, I AM YOUR MAN.
Not every fitness plan is for everyone. That is why I customize each and every client's program specifically for that person. With our crazy schedules, I want to help make your fitness goals and achievable as possible. I will travel to you on your time on a day that is convenient for your schedule. Whether you have a gym in your complex or community or prefer an outdoor setting to really pick up the sweat, I have the equipment and tools for both.
-First and foremost, we will see where you stand physically AND mentally. I believe the proper mindset is just as important in reaching your goals as any exercise or meal plan you can follow. "What consumes your thoughts, consumes your life."
-Body Measurements (Body Fat%, BMI, focus areas, etc.) Day one we will take each of these measurements to map out our goals and go from there.
-Like I said, everyone is on their own specific journey. I have developed plans as follows: 4 week Shred, 8 week New You, 12 week Intro To Fitness, and a 24 week transformation. All plans include a MEAL PLAN, GROCERY GUIDE, SNACK GUIDE 2.0, CALORIE CHEAT SHEET, DAILY MEAL OUTLINE, RECIPE GUIDE, AT-HOME WORKOUT GUIDE, 24/7 SUPPORT.
-I also instruct group fitness and boot camp classes through Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Past projects include - BACHELORETTE FITNESS BOOTCAMP, BRIDE-TO-BE BOOT CAMP, YOUTH FITNESS PARTIES.
-ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT - I currently rank #1 in the state of Florida for CoachUp as a one-on-one speed and agility coach. I have worked with basketball, baseball, football, lacrosse, volleyball, and soccer athletes, both men and women. I use a variety of functional training, plyometrics and skill enhancement to take your game to the next level.
