- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our prospective clients share the same experience before beginning any actual physical fitness training. This is to ensure that our team of personal trainers know exactly what you wish to achieve, know exactly what current condition your body is in to prevent injury and maximize your time, and to know how to best prescribe the parameters for your personalized workout routines. Verbal consultation and fitness assessment to identify your goals, and discover your current physical abilities and any problematic areas that need attention to reach those goals Nutrition assessment, evaluation, and tracking systems to match proper caloric intake with desired goals. Physical measurements, body circumference, weight, and body fat percentage to track how quickly the programs take effect and make any adjustments as needed.

B.S in exercise physiology. Multiple personal trainer certifications.
