Introduction: I am a one woman show and I love what I do. I am a girl who loves glitter and a former fighter. I've had 4 boxing fights and definitely stood out because of my talent and the glitter. I am the only female in North Scottsdale that has been in the ring and has her own studio with classes and personal training. I teach from experience and not just from a dvd certification. I love my clients and we love to have fun while getting a great workout! I have male and female clients and am training one of my guys who would like to compete in the summer.

I can't say enough good things about Glitter & Gloves! Amy's personality immediately made me feel at ease. I am clumsy and uncoordinated but still feel comfortable taking her classes and love seeing myself improve. After just a few classes I found myself looking forward to going to the gym which is something I usually force myself to do. After only 6 classes I noticed great changes in my "problem areas", and after 4 months I can honestly say I have never seen such changes in such a short time. My waist is inches smaller, my bootie way more lifted and my cardiovascular system and endurance are insanely improved.
I highly recomend Amy's class! 5 stars for sure!!!

Amy is the best trainer ever! I started as a novice kickboxer 2 years ago for a fun activity to do with my teenage daughter. I now go 3 times and love it! She is so friendly, has a great attitude, and pushes me to be my best self!
