We hired Johnathan as a personal chef about a month ago and have not been disappointed since! His food is consistently delicious. Home cooking with a flare is the best way I can describe it. He took every suggestion I gave him and ran wth it creating fun, diverse dishes that were cost and health conscious. I have very specific nutrition needs, and he was adaptable and flexible working with me and a nutritionist to make meals that were not only nutritious but tailored to my specific needs. Furthermore, he would go above and beyond to make sure I got the menu ahead of time, deliveries as scheduled, and ingredient lists when requested. He is an absolute joy to work with, and I would absolutely recommend him for anyone, weather you just need help getting food on the table once or twice a week, or everyday. Wonderful guy, wonderful chef.
What I like about Chef TreJ is that I've never seen anyone with such a diverse catering style. She can do small lunches for just a few people or cater for a couple of hundred people. Chef TreJ works with your budget to provide the best menu as well as addressing any special dietary needs. She has a "can do" attitude and is always professional. Everything she cooks is absolutely delicious and I will continue to use her for any upcoming events!
I have had a unique experience in that I have worked with Underground Cooking Academy professionally when Chef Thyme Randall worked directly with our Instructors on a cooking demonstration, which was very successful. I have also been a guest at a few of Underground Cooking Academy's catering events and I can say that without fail the food has always been incredible and I have appreciated and celebrated Chef Thyme Randall's energy!
