I have been attending Mike Porters Boot-camp classes for a few months. It is so much fun, and he is highly motivating. His class is for everyone and for every BODY, you will find every fitness level in attendance. Active duty military, to the new mom trying to loose that extra baby weight. My 11 year old daughter has recently started attending his class as well, and she loves it. He is able to quickly and easily modify any workout based on an individuals ability. He offers a variety including cross-fit style, aerobics, strength training, tabata,just about every style of workout you can think of wrapped up into a one hour action packed session. I would highly recommend that if you are thinking about trying Elite 1 Fitness Boot-camp, to come out and try a class, you will be hooked!
I am so impressed with Tina Davis and Total Definition Fitness! We began working with her in September 2014 and what a difference three months can make! I have been exercising in gyms for 15 years and this is my best experience to date. My quest for fitness had brought me to CrossFit gyms which were great but this is leaps and bounds above. The trainers are well educated so the work outs are targeted and balenced which I think increases results and reduces injury risk. I have a membership which allows me access to a variety of amazing classes and as a member I purchased discounted personal training sessions so I can have an intense customized training to fit my hectic schedule and take my fitness to an even greater level. The instructor, Santiago, conducts high energy and fun classes! I have attended classes such as MMA, kickboxing, boxing, conditioning, and many more. Not only does he have vast knowledge in martial arts and exercise, but he is also educated in nutrition. No matter what your goal is, he can help you achieve it. I highly recommend!

I began working with Mr Graham back in 1993 I believe at Quads Gym in Chicago. He was my personal fitness and health trainer and worked with for almost 14 years. The man was a total expert and professional. He made my work outs fun always kept me motivated kept everything focused and taylored to my specific needs and goals. Never once was I injured had total confidence in his abilities. He was always on time in all that time I think I had only one or two times when had cancel..always there on time. At times it felt like he was doing my work out for me cause I could have my days when I was totally being lazy but he knew just how to get you no slacking with that one. My results were amazing...and I still retain a lot of what he taught me... I moved out the area so stopped seeing him but we became good friends and have remained as such..and I still consult him for advice on my fitness care. Fantastic all around human being.
