Chris is one of the most knowledgable people, let alone personal trainers, I have ever met. He is very helpful in telling me exactly what I need to do with my exercise routine and nitrution. His facility is clean and private. Chris also is extremely accommodating to my hectic schedule. I could not recommend a person more.

Mami is the perfect trainer for new moms wanting to lose baby weight or recover abdominal strength after a c-section. She knows so much about how your body needs to recover from pregnancy and works at a good pace to prevent injury. Rachel was my first and only personal trainer, but even so, I can say with confidence that she is definitely the best. From the first session I had with her, I could sense how passionate she was about helping others reach their fitness goals. She is personable, as well as knowledgeable and I always looked forward to each session I had with her. She made sure to change up each session so I would constantly be challenged and also made an effort to make the workout fun. Rachel also took it upon herself to get to know me as a person, which I believe is one of the main reasons I loved working with her. She was my personal trainer, but she also became my friend. The only reason I'm not still working with her is because she moved to Birmingham to earn her PhD in Physical Therapy. That being said, I would highly recommend her as a trainer!
The training that Bj offers is outstanding! The strength I've personally gained from it was more than physical strength. I have really enjoyed working with Jason as a personal trainer.. I was able to identify my goals and as a knowledgeable trainer he was able to individualize a work out plan and educate me on proper nutrition. Jason is passionate about his craft. After searching for self help books, I ran across one titled 'My Daily Miracles by Law of Attraction.' Because I loved what I read, I googled the author and found that he was life coach and decided to contact him. Labarron Kennedy aka "Coach K", is a special individual put on this planet to do what he's doing...teach! He is a great teacher and guider. I LOVED how he allowed me to talk to him as he listened to my issues and concerns. He's not someone whose only method is to TELL you what to do. Instead, he hears you out and brings certain things to light and you have no choice but to recognize the answers. "Coach K" has implemented daily exercises for me to complete as well. This is a great learning tool and a great way for me to grow, learn and of course. Learn about me and what I need in order to fulfill my purpose on my daily walk. His personality causes you to gravitate to him and becoming comfortable with him is easy.This aided in trusting him wholeheartedly with my growth. His dynamic, sometimes unconventional teachings showed me that it all begins with my very own thoughts.Your life patterns itself after your thoughts. After realizing this, it actually turned out to be the root of most of my issues/concerns. He also taught me that the foundation was to first have to believe in myself. It was great! He is a fountain of knowledge and I wouldn't change one single thing! Thanks Coach K! You are truly SUPERFANTASTIC!

John is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He takes the time to explain what muscles each exercise in targeting. The workout routine changes often which keeps me engaged and focused. He also explains how both diet and exercise work together. The information he provides makes it easy to manage your diet in order to achieve your weight lose goals.
