My weight fluctuated for years after my kids were born!! By 30, I knew I needed a change. My eating habits were out of control and I had other health issues that were affecting that fluctuation and that was hypothyroidism. I got that under control, as well as changed my eating habits and I started to work out. After about 6 months of hard work, I lost 40 lbs.
