Regardless of the equipment available he was able to give great workouts that left me feeling I had done something. I started training with him 4 years and when I moved I still find myself using workouts he showed me in my every day routine today! In the process of training with him I lost about 40 pounds and also got my mom involved too. She has never been able to stick with a personal trainer for very long but with Kumar, she looked forward to every session.
