- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are pretty low so I won’t really negotiate. I give discounts for groups.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find what their motivation is and why they want to start training, then I design a program to get them to where they want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in Exercise Science and was a Master Trainer at LA Fitness.
