Jon is truly an outstanding trainer and person! He has exceeded my expectations - my #1 requirement I wanted/needed was to reduce my chronic pain and learn the proper way to exercise so that I stop getting injured and giving up. My #2-4 goals were to tone up, increase my energy and lose weight. In just under 2 months, I am extremely satisfied with my progress. Jon has educated me on the big picture - the components and steps of becoming fit and staying healthy for a lifetime. He has taught me about my body and instructed me on corrective exercises that have ELIMINATED the stiffness, limited mobility, pain and fatigue I have struggled with for so many years. He has taught me how to use my Elliptical to build a base to get my heart rate and metabolism functioning. He has taught me proper breathing so that I am using my full body rather than my upper thoracic - especially during exercising. I've been training with Elvira for several months. During our first meet, Elle took the measurements and asked all the meaningful questions to fully understand my fitness goals and discussed how she could help me. In our first contracts, i did cardio and strength training with her and i started to see the result of 'lean muscles' and that changed my view towards weight training. We had a lot of fun training together and learnt A LOT from her. I knew from the beginning She's not only a trainer but also a Nutritionist! But i was hesitant about following a meal plan during our first contract since i never feel like i'm over eating (which i was totally wrong!) As our first contracts towards the end, i'm completely happy with the results and decided to continue training with her, also i would like to try a meal plan for the first time in my life! To clear my concern, Elle let me talk to one of her clients directly after their session (thoughtful!) and i'm totally on board after that.. I was always joking with Elle and told everybody that's when THE MAGIC HAPPENS..Honestly I was never really a chubby girl and always in the healthy body shape category so i don't have unrealistic goals for losing tons of weight. But since i started the MEAL PLAN and really pay attention to what i put in my mouth. I started seeing changes faster than EVER. Not just me, my friends, colleagues and family (always skyping) started noticing the difference. My t shirts and pants are getting loose and trouble area not so trouble any more. I dropped 1.5-2 sizes on my jeans and getting people complimenting my collar bones and shoulders (which never happened before!). Here's to all the people don't believe in changing their eating habits like i used to: TRY THE MEAL PLAN. IT WORKS! The most important lesson i learnt is you can't out exercising a bad eating habits and you may not even realize you are eating badly until you started a right one and see the results yourself! Don't take my word just try it yourself. Elle's meal plan is not a crazy starving diet but a flexible tool. I eat differently on days i train with her, i can have occasional snacks and change up the meal a bit if i don't have something in my fridge. It's not that hard to follow and i'm not feeling hungry or bloated(important to me!). On my weight training, I was a total rookie beginner who cant even lift more than 10 pounds dumbbell till today i did weighted squats on Smith Machine up to 135 lbs! Right now I'm at the best shape in my life and all credits goes to Elvira!
Age 48: 146 lbs, 31% body fat, very little muscle/overall strength, hiding under loose clothing. Age 52: 128-132 lbs, 14-18% body fat, no hiding, and muscles! Lots of muscles! I’ve kept my weight, muscle definition, newfound strength and endurance within a couple pounds/percentages (up and down... I'm human!) for a couple years now. I haven’t had any damaging gains that take weeks or even months to reverse! I eat better, smarter, and for the needs of my body at any given time. I “feed my muscles” as Elvira says! I started training with Kyle because I tore my ACL two years ago playing soccer and have been unable to play sports since then. I've also gained weight due to this lack of exercise. My experience with Kyle has been awesome - I was a little intimidated to start training, but Kyle is patient at the same time as pushing me to do my best. He takes a holistic approach to training, helping me with my diet and answering any questions I have as they come up. He's very knowledgable about fitness and nutrition and he always takes care to ensure I won't re-injure my knee. I've seen significant improvement in my strength, my weight, and my overall health in general and I hope to start playing sports again very soon. He also has great discounts for group workouts, so now I train with a friend and it's been a great experience so far. All in all I couldn't ask for a better trainer!

Chauncey is an amazing trainer. He is very knowledgeable on different techniques to train today's athlete. He really pushes you to reach your maximum results. I am in my late 30's and am still playing competive soccer and tennis. Chauncey is able to help me train for both of those sports. He is very dependable and personable. He knows that I am coming off of a badly broken ankle, and is also helping build back its strength. I highly recommend Chauncey!
Coach Johnson has been my daughters personal trainer for the past 9 months and we have seen vast improvement in her strength, agility and balance. My daughter is in 7th grade. She really enjoys the training sessions and the coaching style of Coach Johnson. The training has given her more confidence when she plays basketball and runs track. She feels she has a physical advantage over the other girls her age because of the training.
