FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are dictated by the level of commitment. Larger packages are less compared to smaller ones. They range between $60 to $75.00 for a one hour session. I also offer online and hybrid/online training which allows flexibility and is cost effective. My hybrid online package is one to two sessions a month in person with a customized program to do on your own provided by my online app. The hybrid plus once a month is $150 and the hybrid plus two is $200. Online only is $120. I provide support, accountability, and direction with all of my packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number one concern at Pinnacle Fitness is safety. The first session is spent performing movement screens and finding baselines. Adding performance on top of dysfunction is the worst thing one can do with a new client so it is very important to find one's limitations and create a plan that addresses the limitations if there are any. Creating a personalized plan based on the first session is the second step. I provide an mobile app called Trainerize that creates a plan for workouts and tracks body composition stats at no extra cost to clients who work with me at least once a week.
