FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure that your trainer prioritizes education and customization. 1- Education is necessary to ensure that you don't have to rely on a coach forever... you should be able to work with a coach for 8-12 months and then be able to move on and do it on your own! Be weary of anyone that has a "secret". There are no secrets here... and if they say they have one, its nothing more than a bottle of snake oil. 2- Customization is a MUST. Your goals are unique. Your body is unique. Your metabolism is unique... why would your training program be anything less? Tailoring programs to each client is a lot of work so many people will give you "cookie cutter" programs, they may work for a short amount of time... but your results will be marginal and inefficient.

We are going to ask you to do some hard things, to make changes to your daily habits, and there are going to be plenty of times that you're going to want to quit... so WHY do you really want to do this?
