My college girlfriends and I visited Scottsdale for our 10 year reunion trip. We contacted Autumn a few days before our arrival to see if she would be able for a private group lesson. She went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request and our time with her was amazing- probably the most fun activity during our visit! There were 10 of us, all with varying degrees of experience, and she was able to keep things super fun, yet challenging for everyone! We all loved her and can't wait for our next trip and yoga class with Autumn! If your in the area and need a yoga instructor, you would be remised not to contact her- she is the best!

Teri Undreiner was recommended to me for massage by three personal friends who went to her regularly. So, since starting with her many years ago, I continue to go to her on a regular basis. Sometimes I still see one or the other of my friends who still continue to come to Teri and our appointments are right before or after each other. She gives a great massage so just recently I started her beginning yoga class. She is amazing. I recommend her to everyone I can. I am 75 but getting a good deep massage from Teri has helped me keep going. Yoga has been rewarding in helping with some current back pain.
Shelby was one of the best yoga instructors I have ever taken. Her wisdom and knowledge about the movement of the human body is truly inspiring. Her kind, funny, and gentle personality make for a wonderful atmosphere to practice yoga. Shelby’s classes will make you feel refreshed and always leave you with a big smile on your face. I would highly reccomend everyone take her class!

I met Sara in a yoga class over six months ago. During that time, I was experiencing a severe eczema flare all over my arms, hands and face. I was also experiencing joint pain in various parts of my body due to having rheumatoid arthritis. I was extremely depressed and in much pain and discomfort as I worked to practice yoga. I approached Sara after the class, as there was just something abouy her uplifting smile and spirit. Since that encounter, my health has been positively transformed! Sara has taken a holistic approach that consists of educating me on the necessity to eat clean organic food, consume natural supplements and incorporate physical activity such as yoga. I appreciate the caring, personal and yet professional approach Sara has taken to ensure I am sustaining the best health possible for me! Nicole is amazing! I am glad she found yoga and I found her. Terrific one on one yoga classes with helpful corrections and suggestions. Her soothing voice works wonders in yoga nidra delivery as well! I wish I could say more on the nidra, but I lose consciousness very quickly. I get up feeling happy and healthy though.
I was not very familiar with yoga before I started sessions with Renee. I found Renee to be a caring and thoughtful teacher. She shaped our sessions around stretches, breathing techniques and meditation that would be specific in aiding in my healing process after surgery. Renee encouraged me to go at a pace that I was comfortable with. The result were so significant in a short period of time. If you are looking for a positive and professional yoga teacher, I would highly recommend Renee.

Natalie is THE yoga teacher....that one teacher you eventually find that makes you understand what yoga is for me. For me, it's not about "yoga butts" or $110 leggings or doing the most convoluted pretzel shape in class (though it will work your body and increase your flexibility like nobody's business!). Natalie does an amazing job gently emphasizing that time on your mat is deeply personal. She offers tons of variations so nobody feels left out. She cues perfectly, which makes class smoother and easier to follow. Because of Natalie, I can get something out of any yoga class I visit, whether she is there or not. Natalie changed my yoga and my yoga changed me.
Kathy embodies her mission. She indeed has a healing heart in everything she does. ❤️ I have benefited tremendously from all of the services she offers through Healing Hearts. From the yoga and Pilates classes to the Sedona getaway retreats and the one-on-one coaching. With the guidance and support of Kathy I have been able to complete a phd against many odds - e.g. Back injury, divorce, and the loss of loved ones. Lauren is very understanding and very skilled. She uses singing bowls in my treatment as well. I have been having minor progress but it because I only go every two weeks and I was in a huge amount of pain. It took a while to get to that point so it will take a while to get back to being pain-free. but Lauren is great!
Bee Walker provided amazing instruction to me, a beginner, in meditation practice. She came from the corporate environment and I loved her story she shared of how some changes in her corporate world led her to teaching others meditation. I'm grateful for finding her, this is a true passion of hers and it shows. I look forward to putting her guidance to my own practice! I recommend Bee!
Ali is an amazing trainer. She is extremely supportive and challenges you to be the best you can be when exercising. She doesn't let you give up, and really drives you to give your all. Ali always goes above and beyond what you expect. I was impressed by how much knowledge she has about health and fitness, and how well she shares it with you. She really helped me become better at fitness and more conscious of what I put in my body. She was also extremely enthusiastic. She is fantastic!
