I was looking for personal trainers in various sites. When i came across wayne, i was impressed as his approach was practical. Wayne is very encouraging and skilled.More than a trainer he is friendly and caring. As i am diabetic i got low in blood sugar in one session and wayne was next to me helping me to recover. Wayne designs the plan according to what we can and pushes to our limit. I very much enjoy the workouts. I would totally recommend anyone to Wayne.

Trainer Wayne is a pleasure to work with, he is engaging and motivating. I hired him to primarily work with my yr old son and now myself, my son and my daughter are all working out together! That is the thing that really sold me is his family orientation to health. I have been training with Wayne for two months now and have been able to see significant improvement in my overall health but especially in my physical appearance. My clothes all fit me differently now (in a good way) and I am finally able to fill out a t-shirt. Wayne is great at pushing me to my limits and has been essential in helping me to achieve the results the desire. Wayne is also very personable and encouraging during the workouts and expects nothing but my best effort. He is educated and experienced and overall does an amazing job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have an initial consultation and physical assessment (usually 5 exercises). There is no cost for the consultation. From there we discuss your goals and nutrition. We then begin our training sessions that I program based on your goals and current physical abilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take continuing education classes. As part of my ACE Certification, I am required to take continuing education classes on a yearly basis.The most recent class I took was Metabolic Exercise Training.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved in training for 30 years. I took my love of physical activity and working out and found a way to share it with others and help them along the way.
