I was traveling through Phoenix, stuck in a hotel with an overheating computer. When I talked to Sam by telephone, he thought through the problem with me and offered simple ideas that I could try on my own to see whether they resolved the problem.... and they did! He was super nice, very practical, and enormously helpful. I called because I was getting an error message that one of the cooling fans in my computer was not working or was not working well enough. I thought "I need a new fan," and reached out asking for that help. After Sam learned that I was passing through town on a business trip and that there was no way we could get the parts in time, he asked, "Do you have any fan activity at all?" When I said, "yes," he said, "Why don't you try either with a vacuum cleaner or a little forced air (you can buy a can of that locally) to clear out the vent. Maybe there's dust blocking the vent. Try that and maybe your problem will be solved. If it isn't then I can come and try cleaning out the computer. If that doesn't fix it, then you'll need to look at the fan." He also suggested some other things I could do. VERY practical and low key. As it turned out, blowing out the vent solved the problem. Thank you, Sam!
I have known Scott Crenshaw as a close, personal friend and business associate for approximately 15 years. During this time he has been hired by my family (for our in-home networking needs) and my wife's income tax office for a variety of I.T. needs, including but not limited to: telephone system relocation, set-up, etc.; internet and local network configurations, including wi-fi, television, etc.; installing and troubleshooting (PC Windows 7, 10); printer installation, driver down-loads, troubleshooting, etc. We found Scott to be thoroughly trustworthy, knowledgeable, hard-working and - best of of all for us - very affordable! Moreover, if Scott finds he is "stumped" by a technical problem, he will come right out and say so, then seek out a remedy; if he cannot fix a problem, he will say so, rather than b.s. that he knows what he's doing, then mess up the job. I was fortunate to find a person who is the total package when it comes to handyman services. He recently installed ceiling fans, a surround sound theater system, three wall mounted televisions and cameras that link to my text app on my phone. All are working perfectly! He was reasonable with his rates, pleasant, clean, courteous, arrived a few minutes early each work day and did not even take a break for lunch. He quickly and efficiently finished the jobs before the time he estimated, cleaned up after himself as he went every time he did a different project, armed with a shop vac my floor was cleaner than when he arrived after installing the in wall speakers. He was excellent at instructing me on how to use my new surround sound system and the way it interfaced to my current receiver and television. He made sure the cameras he installed worked well with my telephone and even texted me the next day to make sure I didn't have any further questions. I felt he took great pride in his work and was very reasonably priced. In the future he will be my go to guy!

I am quite sociable. I have been told that it is somewhat rare for people in my profession. I enjoy finding what makes technology tick and learning how to repair technology when it breaks or slows down. I served my country as a signal corps soldier providing telephone and internet support. I then achieved my AAS degree from Pima Community College in computer programming and analyst.
We do business telephone systems. Our slogan is, "The Best Telephone Deal Anywhere!" We also install data networks, WiFi and point-to-point data links.
