- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on contingency, so we don’t get paid a penny unless your roof is fully-approved for replacement by the insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We cone out to do a free roof inspection to assess the extent of any damage to the roof and possible cause. Then we provide you with our assessment and let you know which course forward we recommend. Our specialty is working through insurance, but we are also very competitive in pricing if there is not enough recent storm damage for full replacement via insurance claim.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend weekly training and are constantly adapting to stay up-to-date on all the relevant rules and regulations involving insurance claims. We are able to install your roof to be code-compliant.
