Jason was super responsive and great to work with. They took down walls and added a really cool stair rail system in my house. They knocked it out in a few days and it's very good craftsmanship. I'd highly recommend him for any custom carpentry work.

I don’t even know where to begin! I contacted Jason here on thumbtack with the hopes to get a new stair system installed. Jason was incredibly optimistic and promptly scheduled an in home visit and estimate literally within days! I was very unsure of what I wanted done and what would mesh well with my home layout but Jason knew exactly what needed to be done and honestly, he made my dreams my reality! I expected this process to be taunting, chaotic, and just overall a mess (I’ve dealt w other contractors before) but I’m so pleased to say there was NOT one set back. Jason, Vasilij, David, and Hugo are the dream team! It took them only 4 days to demo the walls, build a beautiful oak stair railing, and stain it! My home feels elegant, warm, and welcoming! I find dumb excuses to go upstairs just to admire their work. I truly couldn’t be more grateful for Jason and his team bringing my visions to life! I’m super excited to continue to use Mejia Creative for other upcoming home renovations as well!

We wanted our scroll balusters replaced with straight ones. After leaving multiple voicemails with various stair companies without a response, I found Jason online. I inquired about our project on a Saturday night, and he replied instantly. Jason visited on Sunday, and his skilled employee, Vasille, completed the project on Monday morning. The outcome was beautiful and precisely what we wanted. Jason made the entire process quick, easy, and seamless. I'll be contacting him for future carpentry needs and look forward to working with him and his team again. So, so pleased!! Can’t recommend him enough!

From humble beginnings Jason has always had a passion for building and creating with his hands. At the age of 16 he fell in love with carpentry and has since been on a journey to learn and expand his knowledge in all areas of wood working to this day.
