- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight forward and in some cases may change because of an unforeseen reason, such as extra grading or add-ons by the client. This will be discussed before the work is done and an amount is agreed upon. Military discounts are provided as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first start when we receive a text, phone call or email and then set up a time and date for your free estimate. We will then go on to discuss the clients project details during the estimate. We will call or send the estimate to our potential client for approval. If the client agrees to the estimate we will collect half of the cost of the project up front and order the materials with that deposit. Upon completion of the job we will then collect the remaining half of the cost of the project including any change orders if applicable, from the client.
