- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never tell my customer "Hey! I Have The Best Pricing, The Cheapest!" No, That Is Not Us At All. What I Can Guarantee, That We Do The Best Work! We Are A reliable Company That Will Keep Contact With You 100% Of The Way, Make the Whole Project Feel Like You Built it yourself! Family Owned And Operated, We Create Relationships with our customers. Thats A guarantee!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take A couple minutes On the phone, Listen to their wants and needs, then set up a meeting g to discuss the project on their Hands. And Pretty much show them how I can ease the tension between everything revolving on their hands and have them share it with me. The whole process an be a little stressful, that's where we come in to help relieve some stress off their hands with them knowing they have the right people for the job.

27 Years of Experience, in the Masonry Field, Remodeling, Painting and Being a Handy Man. My Son Having a Background in Sales and A Bachelors in business, While he manages the company all our employees have more than 5 years each in the field, either as installers or labors.
