I've been training with Matt for approximately 4 months. I was very out of shape and approximately 25 pounds overweight. My goal was to tone, strengthen, and lose weight. I've lost about 15 pounds, I feel great and look so much better in my cloths. Not only is Matt an expert at strength training and nutrition but he is very motivational. I've tried numerous trainers in the past but I've never stuck with the program long enough to see results. Matt's style is the perfect blend of structure, discipline, and some humor to keep you motivated through your sessions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was always intimidated to join a gym and never thought I would have a personal trainer!! When I met Derek, I was surprised how caring he was. he understood that I did not have a lot of experience working out or using weighs or machines. Derek listened to my short and long term goals and tailored a program that would help me with my nutritional, resistance training and cardiovascular needs to meet these goals. With constant encouragement from Derek, following his nutritional plan and being accountable (making my training appointments with him), i started to see results within weeks. Within 4 months i lost 40 lbs and exceeded my short term goal. For my long term goal, Derek worked on my endurance and strength training. My LBM suddenly became my new focus. Derek is meticulous when it comes to using any of the machines or free weights. Derek watches over you like a hawk! He makes sure you get the most benefit from the machines by accurately calculating the amount of weight to push,, showing you the proper form to use to get the best results and most importantly, making sure you don't hurt yourself. I learned to listen to Derek, follow his instruction and be accountable. And as a result, i am in the best shape of my life! I am 51 years old and can say i've never felt better, physically and mentally. I thank Derek for getting me to this point and providing guidance and encouragement. Derek applies the knowledge and methods of exercise acquired from his degree and certification in Exercise Science. Being educated and certified to provide the ultimate personal training experience for his clients is what sets Derek apart from his peers. I highly recommend Derek Stone as a personal trainer BUT only if you seek results!
I have done group training and personal training with Nick. He is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have ever worked which gives him the tools to make a plan that is geared toward each clients personal goals. I would recommend Nick and After It Training to anyone.
Eddie is amazing. I have been working with him and have seen incredible results. He is clearly invested in my success and provides great motivation, accountability, and variety in our workouts. His tools and knowledge for diet, exercise and lifestyle are supportive and integral to my whole body improvement. Eddie is skilled in training for weight loss, strength training, and body sculpting/building. I highly reccommend him!
Keleigh has been my Pilates instructor since December. Through my work with her I have dramatically improved my strength, flexibility, agility, and balance. My chronic back pain--for which doctors offered no help--has been "cured." I am doing things that I never imagined being able to do. (I am 68 years old, spent over 40 years working at a desk, and previously had very little exercise.) Keleigh creates individualized lessons that build on our previous work. She explains things completely and monitors that I am doing the movements correctly so I won't injure myself. She is very kind, caring, and compassionate. I think the world of her. And I am very thankful that I found her. My health, my attitude, and my life in general have been enhanced through my work with her.
The best trainer in Scottsdale, period. Dolores is an extraordinary trainer and fitness coach. I highly recommend the STARTUP program. Not only do you get a feel for Dolores' expertise and capabilities, she provides a comprehensive assessment of your physical strength, cardio-fitness, and flexibility. The assessment also serves as a benchmark to measure your results from Day 1. I saw quick gains in my strength, stamina, flexibility and more importantly, I lost fat in my mid-section. Plus, she really knows her nutrition and she's so nice! Tough, but nice.

True Results Fitness is a great place to work on your strength training. Nice, clean private gym with all new equipment and very nice staff. My wife and I go three times a week and our trainer, Brian Espinoza, is great. Very professional and friendly and he always has plenty of encouragement and advice as we work through our training sessions.
Kelsey has gone above and beyond to help me meet my fitness goals. I had no experience in the gym before training with Kelsey and she eased me into the world of training with so much encouragement. She ran a 5k with me to help me stay accountable and has been my biggest cheerleader as we've hit goal after goal. She's re shaped the way I think of nutrition, exercise, stress relief and I'm very blessed to get to work with such a knowledgeable and professional trainer. I think one of my favorite parts of working with Gage is how much he honors the body. Not just in the expected sense of 'I'm a personal trainer, let's get swole' but in the sense of our body being our vehicle in this lifetime. I have been with Greg since 2012. I had no idea what I was doing at first, but he got me started on a on a program and I’ve never looked back. He is thoughtful and a pleasure to be with Greg knows just when to push me, when to encourage me, and motivate! I am in my 60’s and I had no idea that I’m as strong as I am. I had done crossfit training for a few years and had to stop due to financial issues. When I was ready to regain my trim strong body, I did a search for a new trainer. After meeting Patrick, I knew he was the trainer for me. We have worked together twice and I know I made the correct choice. He evaluates my performance with everything I do and modifies my exercises to suit where I am that day. That is what works best for me. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has the kind of positive attitude I love to be around and share with others. I am very happy with Patrick and look forward to training with him for a long time!

I just started training with Gabe and so far I am extremely impressed with the program he has put together to help me build the strength and endurance I will need as I continue to tackle more and more obstacle course races. Lori brings the best of personal training to her work. Many trainers are knowledgeable, but few understand the need to uncover each individual's personal motivation. So many trainers have a shtick or a program that they offer to all clients. Very few are willing to take the time to individualize training programs for a client's physical and psychological profile. Lori is. And on top of that, she's great, highly motivating, and a person you will soon call friend as well as trainer. I highly recommend her. Commit to a couple sessions with Lori and you will find yourself motivated to go back, and isn't that what it's all about?
