1UP was great. I had some exorbitant quotes for installing a new tankless water heater. 1UP gave me a great quote to get the work done the next day. There were some extra complications to the install, but the team stuck around to get it done. It took about 6hrs in total and now we have an efficient, long-term water heating solution for the house! Would certainly use them again.

John originally installed a Tankless water heater for me back in late October. An inspector commented that he had installed the exhaust of the condensing tankless unit to the old pipe which will rust through. I got him to come out to fix it in early January (5 weeks after informing him of the issue). The fix was installing a 3" PVC pipe through my exterior wall. unfortunately he just left about 6 inches of black 3" diameter pipe sticking out from the front of my house, which looked terrible. I mentioned this to him and blew off my concern. He left the job 'done' like this without finishing it off professionally. I ended up cut off the huge pipe and finished it by adding a vent. When doing so, I noticed the tankless water heater was leaking due to the angle he installed the hot water line as seen in the picture below. Also the clear tube which is meant to drain is also installed kinked. I ended up with minor water damage. EDIT 2/9/2021: John did end up flying back down to Phoenix to fix the line and clear tubing. I repaired the minor drywall damage myself. He was cordial in person, despite the circumstances of having to come out. I do appreciate the professionalism in spending the money to fly down and fix the issue.

Dylan installed a gas tankless water heater for us. We had a leaking tank unit that we had to take out forcing us to move quickly either replacing the tank unit or finally moving to a tankless. We had another company come out first and their quote was quite a shock! We had basically given up on the dream and were about to just reinstall a tank unit. As a last ditch effort, looked on Thumbtack, discovered Dylan, text him, he responded right away and was able to give us a quote almost $2k less than the other recommended company. Dylan would have installed it that night if it wasn’t for our indecisiveness over which unit. He showed up the next day and had it installed in just a few hours. Clean and efficient work. Great experience with Dylan. Highly recommend him!
