After the other bidding contractor tried to sell me a new hot water heater without even coming out, Glenn (GTH) set up an appointment. Glenn was punctual and focused on trying to fix our hot water heater; within 24 hours of diagnosing the problem that our hot water heater could not be fixed (it has an internal water leak that was killing the flame), he got a new one and installed it . . . for $500 below what the other contractor originally wanted. I give an excellent recommendation!

They offered to come out same day to check on why my water heater wasn't working even though it was already 2pm. I chose to schedule for the next morning since its July and not really an emergency.
