CJ Shively says, "So far, so good! After a frustrating diagnostic service with another company, I decided to get a second opinion. I felt like I was being hustled by the first tech, he was nice, but it was obvious his main goal was the upsell. My dad enthusiastically recommended Patrick Riley after they replaced his AC a few years ago, so I gave them a call on Thursday evening. They scheduled my diagnostic appointment for the very next day.Zach D. came out today and was fantastic. Right off the bat, I was impressed by the text alert letting me know he was on his way, which included a photo and a neat little bio. It was a great personal touch! Upon arrival, Zach was incredibly personable and felt like an old buddy. He was also extremely knowledgeable, breaking everything down into digestible terms for someone who knows nothing about HVAC systems. While the ultimate diagnosis wasn't what I wanted to hear (I'll need a new unit soon), Zach walked me through his recommendations and provided clear financing options. It sucks to have to buy a new AC, but at least I wont feel like a sucker writing that check! Also, the diagnostic service was FREE!"See more

We had our water heater moved from our laundry room into our garage. Dylan was punctual and easy to communicate with. We had some issues following the relocation which led to needing a new water heater. Dylan was prompt and courteous throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend using Orion water heaters! Excellent and friendly service.

Good job of replacing a water heater which also involved removing and reinstalling a water softener that was in the way. But over $800 in labor for less than 3 hours work?

Dylan offered us a price far better than the competition. He gave us an out the door price, with no surprises and things happened during the installation that would have justified a slight bump, but the job got complicated… old house, new water heater, but he stuck to his original price. He always kept in communication with us, and was straight forward. We definitely recommend Orion water heaters! Thanks Dylan!!!
