Raj and Linda were great - very accommodating, personable, and professional. There were 8 of us over two morning sessions. While some wished theirs had been deeper tissue, the majority were quite pleased and had noodle legs! Would definitely recommend them for your in-home massage therapy.
I have worked out with Lou for over a year now and can see the results! I have become more defined and much stronger! As a female in my 40's have always thought the way to lose wait was to cardio, cardio, cardio, I hate cardio! Lou has taught me that I can get fit with weight lifting, resistance and some cardio. Lou has made working out enjoyable! I look forward to my daily workouts now.

Nic became my personal trainer when I was 64 years old and was unaccustomed to any exercise beyond a leisurely walk with my dog. When she first introduced me to light hand weights, squats, lunges, and planks, I thought, "Are you kidding me?!" My thighs rebelled at the thought of a squat and I didn't have a clue what a plank was. I'm grateful for Nic's training technique. She made me work hard, but not to the point of being discouraged. Instead, she gently encouraged me to push myself beyond what I thought I could do. Today those squats and lunges are much easier, I have some muscle tone in my arms, and I can do a plank! More importantly, my blood pressure is lower and I'd like to think I'm warding off osteoporosis. I feel wonderful--thanks, Nic!
I just started with Christen but she really listened to my goals, concerns and issues with my knees. She was encouraging but pushed me just enough!! I would recommend Christen to anyone looking to get back in shape!
