I started working out with Dolores only to find out I wasn't getting the results I wanted because my form and technique needed improvement. I wasted so much time & money before then! Dolores is world-class. I've learned so much about my body, movement, and nutrition from her. Now at 34 I look better than I did at 22!

I'm very happy with choosing Kelly Athletics because I truly believe I have received the best personal training service. My biggest fear before starting personal training was that I would have a trainer that would be intimidating and inconsiderate. Kelly is the exact opposite. To say that she is passionate about what she does would be an understatement. Kelly constantly finds ways to work with her clients by allowing same day rescheduling to ensure working out as a priority, giving free nutrition advice, and keeping clients accountable with daily food logs. In my personal experience I had foot pain while working out, but with the guidance of Kelly I was able to help my plantar fasciitis pain with shoes she recommended. I also had issues with my squat form but within just three weeks, I improved my form with corrective strengthening Kelly provided through a pre-workout stretching booklet she made herself. I'm proud to say that in the six months I have trained with Kelly I have nearly doubled my strength all around, lost 4% body fat, lost six inches, and maintained my healthy weight over this period. My contract is sadly coming to an end but I plan to renew because training with Kelly is just that awesome! I love her encouragement and abundant knowledge of how to live a healthier life. If anyone is considering starting personal training, Kelly Athletics is definitely the way to go!

I had a wonderful experience with Mitch as my physical fitness trainer. He instructed me on how to do certain exercises and then shared with me why I may be off balance... as he watched which muscles where doing the work. I learned why my back was hurting and also how important my nutrition really is...especially first thing in the morning. I realized I'm no longer that person who can eat anything I want and not have an intentional work out program. His heart is totally in his work and he gives you 100 percent of his attention while he is working with you. Thanks Mitch!
Although Sara is my sister, that does not make my review any less true. She is compassionate and kind and truly loves helping others. She is who I turn to for any nutrition based questions and who I call when I need advice on anything baby related (his lack of sleep, what to put on a diaper rash, etc). She is also the person who made me realize how important it is to combine yoga and stretching with my normal work out routine. Combining yoga with my weightlifting has helped tremendously with my severe neck pain I had from two roll over car accidents. I very rarely get neck/tension headaches anymore. I recommend her to anyone, especially those just starting on their journey because she is very good at providing guidance.
I did this weight-loss program about a year ago. It was way better and effective than I expected! I tried many types of diet before but so far this one is the best. Most of the diets I experienced was either starving to death or serious yo-yo effect. But this program was very well balanced in nutrition perspective. My eating habit changed to healthy way that I am not experiencing yo-yo until now. The best part was my cholesterol level and blood pressure all got back to normal again!

Corrie helped me get in shape for a hiking vacation in Wyoming. She was excellent, utilizing many different types of exercise and fitness to get my older body in shape. She was very knowledgable about the physiology and anatomy of the body and even made recommendations about nutrition. I always felt just the right amount of challenge after each session. Jerry is a dedicated and experienced personal trainer and brings goal setting upon completion of his assessment after your first workout. Over time as your achieve your goals ( mine were strength and overall conditioning after double knee replacement surgery).We have moved on to additional goals of weight loss and nutrition planning which we achieve by a combination of cardio kick boxing, daily boot camps ( the Saturday ones are special) and personal training sessions. She really helped me put a plan together which allowed me to achieve my goals. I lost 3% body fat (10 down to 7) and I even increase my strength numbers in the weight room.
