This guy ripped me off $600 for a couple of screen doors for my back arcadia doors after I told him I was referring him to family members and had more work for him. He's dodged my inquiries for months and as soon as I said I wanted a refund, he stopped taking calls altogether. Was it worth $600 to lose thousands of dollars in business???

Jay Riddle's written response to my inquiry was that it would best for him to come out to my house to give a "free" evaluation. When I called him to set up an appt I asked if there would be a charge. he said it was $65. What? When I questioned the charge all of a sudden he said he just remembered that he was going to be in my area anyway for another appt so there would be no charge. We set the appt for 4pm the next day. Later on the same day I called he calls me at 515pm to apologize that he lost track of time and was running late? I inform him our appt is for the following day. He makes some sort of reply about being ADD. What is going on here? The next day I am waiting at the property at 4pm. I wait 30 minutes and call him twice and text him once. I never hear from him and he never shows up. Really?
