As an Authentic Neapolitan pizza catering, we bring our wood-fired pizza oven on a trailer to your event and cook the real thing right there. Our oven operates at temperatures of 900 to 1000 degrees, cooking pizzas in just 90 seconds. This is the best way to capture the fresh flavor and smokey flavor from a wood burning fire. We use 00 high gluten flour, along with San Marzano tomatoes for the sauce both imported from Italy. We hand make our mozzarella cheese and buy our meat and veggie toppings from local farmers markets.
