Tucson has some of the worst ridiculously overpriced "do it all" type plumbing companies of any place I have ever lived ( I was in the Army, so I have been all over the country). But Jesus was awesome. I got 4 quotes for a 2 hour job with a water softener that I had already purchased, and Jesus was the only plumber who didn't try to swindle me with labor costs. He was transparent and didn't try to overcharge due to me buying my own unit. Thank God I found Jesus. It's priceless to find an honest plumber in Tucson. I won't ever use amyone else. Highly highly recommend Jesus/Southern AZ pros for all of your plumbing needs."See more

After all utilities were located his team; Chris, Billy and Martin executed a well thought out plan. Because my aged plumbing system had no clean outs they had to dig down to the main line and install a bidirectional clean out. Chris and Billy made short work of digging and exposing the offending pipe. All three shared in the process of installing the clean outs. Once installed Martin hydro-jetted the stubborn clog and my drain was open!Its a pleasure to see a crew work harmoniously to accomplish a goal. It appears the flooring issue is due to a leak in the roof, not in the pipes. They saved us from a whole house re-pipe that the plumbing company was trying to sell us on. This is a family owned, honest and reliable company. Cannot recommend enough!"See more

I I had multiple plumbing problems that I needed to fix in my house. I’m a disable veteran , so I can’t do a lot of thing on my own. Paul installed quarter turn water shutoff son both bathrooms and in my kitchen sink. He also removed the old ball float from guest bathroom and installed a Korky quietfill valve there. Finally he replaced the seal to the fluid master that’s in my master bathroom. He there was still 215-20minutes left in my hour. He charges $100 for the hour. Might as well have him address’s more than one problem since your paying for an hour. He responded quickly and accommodated my schedule to fix my problems. I would definitely recommend Paul and would hire him in the future.

They damaged my home and instead of taking responsibility, the owner blamed me, a woman in her 40s with a desk job, he blamed me for "hovering" and "telling the plumbers how to do their job" after they repeatedly made very big mistakes and because they were nice I kept giving them second chances, but in the end, the owner didn't take any responsibility, it's clear that their plumbing skills should not be allowed to be licensed, and overall the way the contract was handled, and the way the damage was not resolved... it is so bad it is criminal (damage to property ) and it's been reported to the police and is being escalated. --1st Plumber didn't turn off the house water before he worked on valve so water sprayed everywhere. This is just incompetent. No damage was done in that case. --same plumber installed an outside hose connection such that you scrape your knuckle when you try to turn on the hose because installed it too close to the house. It's also against the code because there was no support to the wall. --they brought in another Plumber to help and the two proceeded to attempt a blind install of a tub (this should never be attempted!!) , used concrete to set the tub, which is not correct... and then filled it with water, and left my house before making sure it didn't leak. It proceeded to leak. -/the company did not offer restoration relief, however, I required required restoration damage support, and they provided it from apparently friends who were doing them "a favor" and I'm not sure that company was licensed. The kind but apparently not well versed in water restoration b strategies came into my house without my permission when I was not home where my daughter was and would not call me when I requested a call multiple times, , pointed the fans the wrong direction such that the drying took a long time... the fans were not successful so they brought in more than the next day, and pointed them in the wrong direction again. This time I adjusted the fan direction and apparently they charged Plumber came for it? For touching their fan. -- later, I asked them to bring in a dehumidifier because the area was still not dry obviously, unfortunately, they drained the dehumidifier water into a 5 gallon bucket instead of a drain, which was another sign of incompetence --I ended up buying my own dehumidifier to finish drawing the bathroom mysterious --I cannot say enough terrible things about this company. Mostly it is the fault of the owner. Additionally they do not let you see the contracts before they accept payment and signature. Totally wrong
