This was the best birthday ever, cooking with Karen citino. I asked for a Thai dinner and Karen delivered the cooking expertise and great teaching. And the best Thai food I’ve had. Karen organized the event, the food the different prep stations and cooking. It was fun to do this with karen and friends and me cooking a yummy birthday dinner. I would definitely recommend Karen as the chef for any kind of food you desire. She’s a professional and knows what she’s doing to make a great party or get together. I know you’ll be pleased. My company had Chef Robert and his team cater our luncheon of 16 people. The food was fantastic ,staff friendly and efflcient which made the event a great success. Steaks were cooked to order ,the sides were delicious and dessert was out of this world "cheese cake & chocolate cake" 😀. We will definitely have them out again for our next event !!
Marjorie shops for and uses the freshest veggies, fruits and meats. She is an experienced chef having operated her own restaurant and having cooked for so many. She is cost-conscious but strives for the best quality. Marjorie tailors meals to our liking and presents us with dishes we have yet to try. Her desserts are wonderful! If there is room for improvement it is in her over or under estimating ingredient measurements on occasion. That is probably because I measure exactly with cups and teaspoons. But hey, she is the pro and that's why I enjoy having her prepare our meals! What a wonderful service she provides to a caregiver.
