Due to a malfunction of my iMac, I had lost about 30% of my photos even though they were supposedly backed up by both Carbonite and on a Seagate drive. Both company tech support teams had been unable to assist me in getting these photos back. Kevin came to my house, reviewed the situation, took the Seagate drive as well as a couple of other drives I had, back to his office and the next day returned with the photos found, backed up on DVD's and explained a plan for future backups to prevent losing my data. Kevin is amazingly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with and attempts to explain things so that a non techie can understand the process. I enthusiastically recommend him.

Larry came to help me overcome a major issue with allowing my computer to install my printer. It was a 3 hour job and he worked relentlessly with so much patience even when I thought it was impossible. He was also professional and courteous. I even called him on Christmas day and he answered and talked to me and was able to travel to my home the very next day. I highly recommend him for services.

This is definitely the best computer experience I have ever encountered. I had a $1500 laptop that had a BIOS password that no longer worked. I went to eight computer repair shops and three repair shops told me that it would be cheaper to get a new system. The other five said that the mother board is defective and parts were not available for it. USEZTECH came to the rescue and was able to remove the mother board and replaced defective part. Although they warned me about taking longer than expected because the part had to be ordered from an overseas vender, it was definitely worth the wait considering that the laptop has been out of service for seven months. I was even able to track the progress of the work on their website by putting in my phone number and they even posted pictures of the BIOS chip repair under the mother board section of the home page. I am not aware of any other shop being so transparent. If they continue to give this kind of service, I will remain a lifelong customer.

Jack was wonderful. I live 30 minutes away from his shop, and he was at my house within 45 minutes of when I posted my ad for help. He has a wonderful free program he offers to all customers to help you at anytime as a courtesy. He also saved me a lot of money buying extra programs to protect my computer. I would definately use him again.

I'm very happy with the services that David provided. He installed a Ring Doorbell, and several Ring cameras. The work he did was professional and looked great. He was very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He also showed me how to use the phone app and explained how everything works together.

Martin was enthusiastic, punctual and knowledgeable. He came in and knew exactly what needed to be done in order to fix our issue. I had originally made an appointment with the Geek Squad and they couldn't see us any sooner than in 2 weeks. I contacted Martin through this site and he was in our office the very next day. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing tech help.

Chuck was terrific to work with. He used a remote connection to move my iphoto library to second external hard drive. I was up against a deadline and he came through for me! He is a very patient man. He responded to my call on a Sunday afternoon (2 hours) and his price was very fair! I will call him again for sure!

Danny was very quick to assess and solve the problem I was having. He had researched the availability of parts for my desktop before arriving and had suggestions for future improvements which would meet my specific needs. It was great to hear that with a few reasonable upgrades I can get many more years of use out of it.

Jin really helped me out for an extremely low cost. He offered to pick up my computer but i saved him a trip and brought it to his house. He was on time and waiting for me when i arrived. He let me stay while he fixed it. He knew exactly what to do and wouldn't stop until it was fixed. He fixed other issues without adding an extra charge, although I paid him extra because he deserved it. He was very friendly and honest. He seemed to have a very extensive knowledge of the workings of a computer. I will definitely be using his services again!

    About

My personal enterprise. I'm just a PC Techie lookin to put some money into college. If you are looking for PC support. User help, navigation, PC Repair, PC Upgrades, scam look-ups, tips on how to investigate suspicious websites to make sure you don't fall victim, and especially trojan removal - these are pretty little websites that get you to download neat stuff, all in all sounds amazing? Well either the 'application' never worked. Or did not perform as advertised; these are trojans. viruses, spyware, malware, mining. All scary terms. Not a problem these can all be removed! Important Note: if you are unable to do so yourself, a best attempt will be made to back up any image files, videos, text documents. If you feel a backup is unnecessary I will attempt to remove all malicious programs without erasing the stored data. If the issue is routed into Operating System(OS) files, a complete restore of the PC OS(Win, Mac) is required. I can always install the free version which will allow you access to updates for 30 days, after which to stay updated you need to repurchase the OS. THIS IS ONLY FOR VIRUSES Most modern storebought PCs, either Notebooks, or Towers; have a independent storage drive containing your copy of the OS. If so this will be used and you will not have to repurchase anything. I am not a sales man. I want everyone to be knowledgable in PCs. how to avoid scams, and those low life hackers. I can help you to build a custom pc or build it for you, clean one up, upgrade and attempt to improve old ones. If the PC exceeds a certain age I cannot promise improvment in performance nor will I sell you on a false idea. If realistic I will refer you to a product on a website like Amazon or Newegg for a PC that would meet your needs. As time changes so does the technology inside the PC. not just hardware but how the pc "reads" and "translates" code for other pieces of hardware. every year the more complex programming becomes. The big wigs release "hardware updates" to help optimize how the cpu handles information. Sadly if your pc is older than 7 years. You would have noticed a sharp decline in performance each year. Even opening a webpage becomes sluggish and non responsive. A lot of this is due to a no longer supported hardware, sometimes its more frustrating to keep old betsy running then replacing it. If you do have a old PC. We can always discuss what the most affordable & realistic route is, some PCs were designed with upgrading in mind. Dell & HP usually do not adopt this design.
