Though many clients seek Sean out for his basketball workouts and triathlon training, I was looking for an experienced trainer that wasn't going to give me the same old boring workouts with weights and machines. In our sessions after a cardio warm up we would do an assortment of exercises - some of which included Bosu ball burpees, pull ups and push ups with the TRX, the ropes, dogsled running, tire flips, jump rope, ladder drills, high kicks over hurdles, sprints, mountain climbers, leg lifts, shoulder weights, box jumps and sprints... there are many many more in the mix but you should try a session with him to see for yourself.
I was training with Sean for over a year before I got pregnant; he helped keep me healthy throughout the nine months by adjusting my workout to fit my needs and then kept me motivated and disciplined with our workouts to a point where I felt even more fit post pregnancy. On top of all that he's hilarious and will have you laughing in between sets. I would still be working out with him now if he hadn't moved to CA!
