OJ is 1 of the best personal trainers I've ever come into contact with. For starters, your initial meeting is a workout created to personalize your strengths and weaknesses for future sessions. Afterwards, he speaks with you regarding your target goals, time frame, ideal weight etc. Meanwhile, he's compiling a special profile just for you in his computer. He sends weekly updates on your progress like: body fat percentage and weight loss/gain. In addition, he also sends motivational text messages during the week. He really is the most professional personal trainer I've ever encountered. I'm just 3 weeks into my training sessions and I'm already seeing results. Thanks OJ!

Hiring Kevin as my personal trainer has been the best decision I have made for my health and fitness. Kevin knows exactly how to push you but is mindful of your needs at the same time. He is very knowledgeable and shares his wealth of information regarding fitness and nutrition which has been very important for me. He is also a really good motivator. Jake helped me with training advice and nutrition advice when he used to live in the UK, before he moved to LA. His information has really helped me, both in terms of improving health and fitness levels. He is incredibly motivating and inspiring - and he was so keen to help me as an individual and find out what would work best for me. I didn't like 'traditional' exercise, like endless runs or boring gym machines - but Jake could find ways to mix it up, keep it fresh and interesting, and I even managed to have fun along the way! I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to help you achieve your individual health and fitness goals.

WOW! THE BEST TRAINER I'VE HAD! Jessie's professionalism began with a detailed quote right from the beginning, compared to other quotes I received which didn't include a price whatsoever (which leads me to believe they are trying to lure me in, I'm in sales and know the tactics). A little about myself, I have a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Jessie showed me techniques and exercises I didn't know existed. Right off the bat, I was surprised with his extensive knowledge. I have trained with personal trainers at Equinox who don't even come close to what Jessie can do. Not to mention, he was a lot of fun and kept me interested the entire time. He obviously knows what he's doing, just look at him! My only advice to you is.. hire him! You will never find any trainer like Jessie! ~Victoria
The best... Kathleen is a very professional trainer, yet ultra friendly too. You can tell she lives a very healthy lifestyle as she eats well and is extremely fit. She shares diet ideas all the time if you want to hear them but never is preaching to you. She prides herself on being on time and giving you the entire hour of workout time. I was fairly fit going in or so I thought... but within 2 months of working out with Kathleen, i had every neighbor and friend asking me, "what are you doing to look so good?". My body hadn't looked this good since before kids and even then probably not... i thought i knew how to work out but.... what you find out real quick is, when you do certain exercises in the way she tells you, the results are amazing!!. And the best part is, almost every time you get something different to do.. so you don't get bored. She is always mixing it up. So, a personal trainer is definitely the way to go. Even if all you can afford is 2 days a week, she will change your body, and your life.

I've tried a few different personal trainers at big gyms over the years, but none as great as Steve. He pushes you hard and motivates you in a positive way. He's a great conversationalist and every workout is different so it's never boring. Steve is knowledgeable about everything fitness related and customizes his plan for you -- even working through your diet and nutrition. One of the most important things that Steve does is always watches form to maximize results and prevent injury.
Jacob trained me for 6 months and this being my first experience hiring a personal trainer, I was nervous about the experience. Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start and what I appreciated was the fact that he took the time to educate me about what the excersise or activity will accomplish. In addition, he performs a lot of different activities at every session so you will never be bored of doing routine training. I highly recommend him especially for first timers. I lost a total of 30 pounds and 10% body fat training with him for the 6 months but most importantly felt good about my fitness once again.
GOAT Fitness totally changed my attitude towards physical fitness. Rather than "exercise" at GOAT Fitness we TRAIN. Understanding the difference of a strength & conditioning PROGRAM like those offered at GOAT Fitness, compared to the exercise I did at my old personal training facility explains the difference in results. My old gym was pretty common to most "Exercise to the point of suffering while on a strict diet" I lost some weight. What my old gym did was made me dread my workouts, I was burned out, hungry, and unmotivated. Here the training sessions are physically demanding, but focused on strength goals, on pushing towards maximum performance rather than exhaustion. I've been a committed satisfied client for 6 months, I've lost 15 pounds, decreased my body fat from 26% to 19%, I went from a size 10 to a size 6. After I changed my focus from "punishing" my body with restricted calories and endless cardio at my old gym to STRENGTHENING my body at GOAT Fitness I've hit fitness milestones I never would've thought possible. If you're looking for a personal trainer, Vanesa is the way to go! She is dedicated to getting you to reach your fitness goals; whether thats shedding pounds, gaining muscle, or having the strength to do other activities (I can say this because these were all my goals). I've never had an unanswered question (about workouts, food, pain, etc ) or a missed session. She has been super accommodating to my schedule and previous injury. Anytime I would feel pain somewhere in my body she would give me advice on what to do, which has always fixed the problem. She has a positive adittude and will push you when you want to give up or are tired; she gets you to the place you want to be. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. In the 3 months I've been with her, I have gotten compliments left and right, my energy levels have increased significantly, and most importantly I feel confident in my own skin again. I don't know what more you can ask for in a trainer. #teamsuazo
I finally found a personal trainer that knows the difference in working a woman's body vs. a man's and Greg Chappel is the guy thats helping me get my body back. He is incredibly encouraging, pushes me but knows my limits as I get stronger. I HIGHLY recommend Greg...plus he is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Since working with Kai I have become much stronger and leaner, I am much happier and more confident in my body. Every session is challenging and kicks my butt, when you walk out of the gym you feel just amazing. She teaches you how to combine working out, with proper eating and supplements as well as stretching and how to relieve aches and pains at home, she really gives you the full package you need to be successful. I’ve been training with Nicole since January of 2015. From the beginning, she has shown an immense amount of compassion towards myself and other clients whether we struggle with the workout or balancing between the high demands of motherhood while working out, as she is a young mother herself. She pays close attention to me while performing each exercise to make sure I have proper form and helps me make any adjustments needed for my physical benefit. Nicole has a vast knowledge about nutrition in addition to fitness which has been improving the way I feel on a regular basis; I’ve never seen such immediate results before.
