Upon meeting Eshel and Ali, we knew customer service and communication were as important to them as it was for us.Their management of our project was exemplary. We were kept informed of each step along the way. Although they must have had other projects occurring simultaneously, their attention to ours was as we had hopedprogress was continuous. The only delays we recall were waiting for the rain to cease before pouring the cement and a brief delay waiting for county inspectors to approve footings. Eshel and Ali made sure we knew about the delays in advance by personally coming over to let us know. Face to face communication was the most common form of communication and frequent reviews of each phase of the project gave us the confidence that we would get exactly what we wanted. We made a couple of design changes along the way. Eshel let us know the pros and cons matter of factly and was creative about options to achieve our goal. It was clear his aim was to produce a product that we would be proud of.We were most impressed with the care and pride each member of their team had for their work. This is a rare sight and it was a joy to see. Through the duration of the project, our neighbors shared their amazement of the progress and workmanship of this team. The project was completed on time, with time to spare, and on budget. One of the reasons we chose them was because we felt comfortable with Mike and Miki from the initial on-site meeting.   This is our first major renovation project covering the kitchen and bathroom and we had a lot of questions. Mike can take a long time answering our questions, but he does his best in responding given he has other clients as well.   Preparations can be OVERWHELMING…from the meetings, choosing the design, materials, changes in plan, etc., but Mike provided guidance along the way.   Fast forward to the bathroom and kitchen renovation – Mike and the team made our vision a reality. Our view was taken into consideration, appropriate design suggestions were made catering to the vision we wanted. Surprises happened along the way, but we were able proceed accordingly. Changes to the original design and plan were happening in relative frequency but the flexibility of the team made a tremendous impact.    It would be misleading to say we did not have any problem during this process, but there were some great resolutions. There is room for improvement.   Overall, a great experience for us. We are more than satisfied with the outcome. We love our new bathroom and kitchen!
