After we interviewed 4-5 contractors we picked Goodlife Home design, primarily because Ben took the time to understand our needs and worked with us on the price by providing options. Most contractors would not even give me timelines because it was such a small project for them.Communication throughout the process was good and we both took the time to set expectations since it was the first time we worked with each other.Work quality is the highlight for me and I would go back to Ben for this one reason. Folks who worked for him were professionals and delivered as expected. The end product was impressive.In terms of improvement, I think timelines slipped by a few weeks because of various reasons and there were some minor miss understandings along the way which could have been handled better.
