Sania guided us through such a beginner friendly, very relaxing yoga session on the beach. We were celebrating my best friends bachelorette and everyone thoroughly enjoyed doing this! Highly recommend Sania to anyone looking for group yoga. She is very flexible & easy to work with😊

Amelia was prompt, professional and led a very good class for my husband and I. We are beginners and know very little about yoga. She brought her own equipment and seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, she was a little far away and the travel costs were more

Amelia is a phenomenal yoga teacher! My husband and I hired her for private lessons to get us going with a regular yoga practice, and it's been a wonderful experience. We're both relative beginners at different levels and Amelia was able to design a series of yoga classes that worked great for both of us. She was responsive to both our needs, flexible and fluid with the design of her classes, punctual, and has a very soothing tone of voice. She always brought plenty of supplies and welcomed additional students when we had guests. She is an excellent guide for meditation and breathing exercises as well. We can't speak highly enough about the experience!

My husband and I were looking for someone to come to our home and give us beginning yoga instruction in our backyard. She is punctual, listened to our "goals" and has tailored her practices to suit our needs. When our daughter joined in, she offered adjustments for her as well (not a beginner and younger!) She's a great fit for us!
