Latest Review: In 2005, I was at my heaviest body weight, physically weakest, and not in the best mind set. I started to exercise and become more conscious of my diet/eating habits. I lost a little weight on my own, but needed a little more motivation and/or needed a push to be held accountable for reaching goals. My husband did a 1 week training trial with her and thought that she would be a great trainer for me. So I decided to try her out. Training with her improved my life physically and mentally. She always challenged me physically and pushed me to the next level. It wasn't about being better than someone else - it was about being my own best and beating my own personal goals. One of the most important rewards that I got out of training with Jonna was feeling more confident about myself. The words, I can do it became the norm for me. I trained with Jonna for 8 consecutive years (2-3 times a week). If I didnt have to move, I would still be training with her. To this day, I incorporate what I have learned from Jonna in my exercise regimen. Training with Jonna was one of the best decisions I made in my life because I gained a lifelong friend!
