Lavonne was very flexible working with our small event. A small event of important people all with different food issues. She created an appetizer feast for meat eaters, vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free. Everyone was happy and well fed. She did a great job and we will use her again. I recommend Sage Bleu for your catering needs.
I originally found LV through her etsy account. At the time, she had many unique designs but not the theme I wanted. So I figured Id ask her if she was able to make a whole mustache birthday themed party for my 1 year old. I told her what color I wanted and she recommended an accent color to make it really pop. I was amazed at how quickly my order came but also how unique everything looked. Super happy and I will be using her for my childrens future party. No more party city!
Andrea at Events by Abel is truly fantastic! I first met Andrea through her organizing a running event, and the weekend went by seamlessly. I next attended an event she coordinated to raise money for the American Cancer Society. That event was classy, tasteful and so creative. Andrea is incredibly organized, super detail-oriented and has one of the strongest work ethics I've ever seen. Not to mention, she can make anyone she's around feel comfortable and at ease. If I ever have an event I need help with (wedding, fundraiser, party, etc) - Andrea will be the first person I come to. If you're considering reaching out to her, I think you'll be happy you did!
Blue Ladder, my gosh... is perfection. Diamant has been a gem in accommodating me and my team at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley. Her work is stunning. She has a keen eye for original arrangements and never ceases to amaze me with her creativity! I really don't think I can leave a review that quite reflects how happy I am with Luscious Bites Catering!! I organized a private housewarming party in last Friday for my boss, and from each stage of the planning phases, they were there, prepared and ready with options suitable to our budget, along with a wealth of information and suggestions. Jessica was an incredible help-- very professional, knowledgeable, and wonderfully friendly. Amazing first impression. Everyone was super responsive, really flexible, and ready for anything we threw their way. The food was beyond wonderful, and so obviously thought-out and cared-for. The staffers they sent were prepared, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Couldn't be happier with the quality, price, and care they took. A++++++
Being a professional musician who plays for countless weddings, private parties, and corporate events, I've seen my fair share of soirees. Kelly's stand out to me because she puts herself into every event she throws. It is obvious that she has a passion and delight for what she creates. Artist-event planner: She is first and foremost an artist, and thus every party of her's becomes a work of art, sparkling with those clever, delightful, novel details that make one giddy like a child, and bring one into the present moment. These events are visions that are tailor-made from imagination, not canned. This 1920's themed party was a portal to another era where, because of our surroundings, we couldn't help but find ourselves playing in character. The decorations, table settings, poetically dripping candleabras, classic cocktails, cigars, 1920s murder mystery game, the antique frame to capture pictures inside of, and of course Kelly's hostess with the mostess charm and orchestration all evoked my inner Gatsby. We seek to party because we seek to become both transported and present; Kelly's events have a bit of magic to them, where you come home feeling like you went somewhere extraordinary, and that while you were there, you were there the whole time. Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to work with! I hired her to help me coordinator everything leading up to our wedding day. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and served as a wonderful second pair of eyes in reading over all the contracts from vendors! I couldn't believe how many details and questions there was but she was there to answer and ask all of them. It was really great that once the wedding date was approaching she started answering emails from my vendors because she already had the answers which saved us a great time of time! She really knew her way about event planning and it was so comfortable for me to talk to her about changes or thoughts and she is very flexible with direction if you change your mind. Vanessa responds when she sees your email and will let you know if she saw your email but didn't have time to answer. I loved how well she communicated with me. She texts right away and she is very thorough with her email responses. She is adaptable in learning how to efficiently use technology to her advantage. I opted to use GoogleDrive to share documents back and forth. Until she met me, she didn't know how to use and now she is an expert! I cannot imagine not having this wedding without all of Vanessa's hard work! She deserves all the credit.
Chef Keith was extremely accommodating and the food was outstanding. We had a party of 50 people and everyone raved about the shish-kabobs and red beans and rice. Chef Keith's service made our party a great success. He's definitely going to cater our next event.
We had so much fun at my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party. DJ Charlie played all current dance pop and top 40 music videos on a large screen, which was the best entertainment we've had in the last several years. Charlie is very professional, I'm very happy I booked his services and I would like to have him back later on. Thank you, Charlie.
We hired Ashley as a day-of planner for a medium sized wedding of 115 guests with several vendors to coordinate. We were so glad we did too. Ashley did a great job coordinating the vendors during our wedding day. She was able to pickup where we left off and fill in where we might have had gaps. I didn’t want a planner and to anyone sitting on the fence about this decision- get a planner and hire Ashley. I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the day went and how Ashley managed the event.
I have been to several events put on by Solstice Entertainment and they were so much fun and well organized! I recently hired them to put on my 10 year High School reunion and it was a blast! People are still talking about how unforgettable this event was. I highly recommend them for all your party planning needs:))

I have to start off by saying that Patricia is a very nice and sweet lady. That's one of things I really loved about her. She takes her job very serious and gets the job done! I called her last minute and she still made sure my event (Baby Shower) was very nice and BEAUTIFUL!! I got my moneys worth and everyone loved the designs which made me feel even better. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with decorating any event.
Chris catered an event at our home for roughly 40 people and everything went extremely well. He was right on schedule and had everything under control which impressed us. The food was amazing and most (if not all) of my guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food and presentation. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Having Chris there let us actually enjoy a party at our home for once! I whole heartedly recommend Chris.
