"Have had three sessions so far, and it has been great. I am in my 60s, so it is great to have a 70 year old role model. He motivates me, and pushes me to feel the burn but not to the point of pain. He uses his spacious apartment complex gym which we usually have to ourselves. He uses a variety of exercises to build my strength, balance, and flexibility, exactly what I had requested. He is flexible with scheduling and always is on time. Great personality as well! AND the price is far less than other trainers I investigated."

"Christian is a very skilled trainer. Workouts are intense but not brutal. Christian is always able to keep a positive attitude which keeps you going and encouraged to do your best. Little issue, however, with the pacing of the breaks he gives, as they can sometimes be a little longer than needed. Overall, Christian provides excellent service."

"When I first met with Becky, I knew that my fitness worries were going to be over. She isn't a muscle head like most trainers I've had. She is very adamant about prescribing the right amount of supplements with good, clean unprocessed foods. Diet doesn't mean diet. It means that you change your lifestyle. She taught me to understand the importance of food intolerance and the roles foods have when processed in your body. Water is also very important as it helps with hydration, digestion and metabolism! Not only that, she has been amazing to train with; as she encourages with words like, "gorgeous and awesome". She doesn't sit and chat away about nonsense during the workouts as proper form and function are very important; let alone, not exacerbating any muscles that need careful attention. Becky will be my go to fitness and nutrition expert for years to come!"

"V and I have been working together for a few months now and he's awesome. In a little over the first month I lost 3 inches all over. He knows what he's doing and he does his best to incorporate exercises that his clients enjoy or should be doing to correct issues (i.e. Back pain, shoulder pain, etc) that may originate in other areas. Very knowledgeable. I really enjoy training with him. "

"I spent a lot of time researching trainers in Fresno. I met alot of them and discussed what their personal training style was. Most of the time, the were prescribing "cookie-cutter" workouts which the they applied to all their clients. Chris came highly recommended and as soon as I met him I could see why. Chris' knowledge really impressed me, he asked me the right kind of questions and put me on a great workout plan. He has a degree in Kinesiology and it shows. I have been training with Chris for a few months now and it shows. Workouts are always different, exciting and never "comfortable". He always finds ways to push me beyond my limits and we continually adapt new workouts and techniques to reach new goals. I have had problems with my lower back and neck in the past, so if they feel sore one day, Chris will have me try different routines which allow me to push hard, without effective my problem areas. I wish I could train 7 days a week with Chris! "

"First time trying out a personal trainer. Absolutely 100% happy about my decision to hire Jakobie. She worked easily with my schedule, knows exactly what she's doing and you can just work out without thinking about what you need to do/go next, very responsive, and has even checked in on me via text when she wasn't required or paid to do so. I'm super excited for the future and I'm super sore currently. You know it was a good workout when you have to grab your seat before sitting and then realize your arms are so sore that they can't support your weight enough to help you sit either. Ha but I love it!"
