Lucas came in for fixing the patio sliding door and screen replacement . The sliding door works great, he fixed and we have no issues with that. However the screen he brought is not working well, it keeps getting out from the connection area and I re-install the screen 3-4 times per day. This screen came through Amazon, we are definitely not happy with the screen. edit: Lucas reached out me after the review and he will come tomorrow and check the screen. Thank you!

STOOD UP (April 2022): I had hired Cesar in 2019 to install 6-panel doors and trim in my home, and he did a wonderful job! Since then, I have contacted him about other home projects, but he was always booked out, so I hired others. Approximately two months ago - I engaged him to do a bathroom remodel. We agreed on pricing, I ordered materials, and job start was scheduled for April 25. On April 23 - he emailed me an updated quote, which matched the original, but with additional detail. I told him (via text) that the quote looked fine, but I did have a question on payment timing that needed to be clarified. He texted me back: "I charge more for this kind of remodeling. Please find someone else." Mr. Lopez has left me "high and dry" at the last minute, with a garage full of construction supplies - bathtub, enclosure, tiling, window and more. I feel fortunate that my job had not started; beware of hiring someone who will walk away from agreed upon work.
